Refund policy

We take great care to ensure the quality and integrity of every Qenda product. To maintain our high standards, we offer a limited returns policy for wholesale partners.

 

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Products are unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products have been stored appropriately and show no signs of tampering

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or damaged items
  • Products returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items not purchased directly from Qenda
  • Expired or nearly expired stock

Important Notes

  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • We do not accept returns from your customers – please ensure your retail policies reflect this
  • All returns must be approved by our team before any items are sent back

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at mel@theresetcollective.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
