At 11:11 Wellness, we are committed to ensuring all wholesale orders are delivered efficiently, safely, and transparently. The following policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, and shipping support for our wholesale partners.
1. Order Processing
All wholesale orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and New Zealand public holidays). Orders placed after 9:30 AM NZST will be processed on the following business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and partnership.
Note: Larger wholesale orders may require additional time for pallet preparation or freight coordination.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a dispatch confirmation email will be sent to the registered business email with tracking details. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours of courier collection.
For bulk freight or pallet orders, a freight consignment note and estimated delivery schedule will be provided instead of a standard courier tracking number.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags. Some remote or rural locations may incur additional delivery fees or extended delivery times.
Each wholesale order can be shipped to one delivery address only. Please place separate orders if you require delivery to multiple locations.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or confirmed upon invoice based on your order size, freight method, and delivery region. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier or freight schedules, weather conditions, or supply chain circumstances.
